beautifully appointed, very good taste, quiet and clean room, nice bathrooms and pool the staff is very inexperienced and speaks hardly any English, getting the bill was a pain as I extended my stay wiith booking.com and they seem to have much difficulty handling that, they wanted me to sign various bits of credit card slips for part of the payment etc, I forgot something in a drawerer and I had to go back for it, they could not put it in a taxi to be picked up by me elsewhere etc. |

confort of the room - silent, clean, the swiming pool, the good taste in the decor the staff is very inexperienced, one wake up call came one hour later than requested (and that complicted my day considerably), I had to leave my credit card slip three times |

Gute Lage zum Olympiagelände und vergleichsweise kurze Entfernung zum Airport. Es war überall kalt, im Zimmer, in der Lobby, im Restaurant. Ohne Jacke konnte man sich nicht aufhalten. Katastrophe: Die Dusche im Badezimmer war total verschimmelt, ekelhaft. Die Badewanne war nicht schimmelig, dafür schmutzig. Für das Badezimmer ein glattes mangelhaft. Keine 5 Sterne, sondern allenfalls 1 bis 2 Sterne. Der Swimming-Pool war ausser Betrieb. Darf für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel auch nicht |

la chambrs la spa jái un colorant naturel pour mes cheveux, il laisse des traces dans les serviettes . Une dame de chambre les a garde dans un sac me les a montre et on a exiger que je paye pour le nettoyage. Jái trouver cela genant, je lave mes serviette à la maison et i ne reste rien, pourtant ils ont insistés, je trouve qu´un hotel de ce standing ne montre pas le linge sale à ces clients???? choquee |

prachtige kamer algemeen probleem in China, ze spreken zeer slecht Engels. Hotel te ver weg uit centrum, het oude Marco Polo ligt down town en ik wist niet, dat dit een nieuw Marco Polo was, anders had ik dit niet gereserveerd |
