The hotel staff had poor knowledge of english language.

The front desk staff are excellent .
Feel cheated as we used the foot massage service. When asked we was
informed there is 20% discount for hotel guest , after completed the
service, we are not allowed to have the discount . big mess and after
some hotel negotiation which totally spoilt our mood, we are given the
discount. This is consider cheating !!!!!
